With over 14 years of teaching experience and a strong background in chemistry and biology.
In parallel with teaching, I have maintained an active research file. During my Ph.D. program, I conducted advanced research at the Department of Food Science, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA, under the mentorship of Professor David Julian McClements. My research focused on innovative approaches in food science that contribute to advancements in the field. I have published 50 peer-reviewed papers, received over 680 citations, and held an h-index of 16, reflecting the impact and relevance of my research in food and biochemistry.
